You are responsible for the finance data you enter. We provide tools for storage, synchronization, and display, but you remain responsible for reviewing accuracy and maintaining your own backups when needed.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if necessary to protect the service, users, or legal compliance. You may stop using the app at any time and may request account deletion through our deletion instructions page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namm Family FinTracker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from use of the app.
